KAM Global Education Connect is a division of KAM Global. KAM Global Education Connect is a marketing, coordinating, and package tour operator under its brand name KAM Global.

FORFEITURE OF BOOKING AMOUNT
The Company shall be within its rights to forfeit the non-refundable interest-free booking amount paid by the Tour Participant along with the completed booking for confirmation of the seat(s) on the booked tour and also to recover the scale of cancellation charges as mentioned on the Website / Brochure or provided on email
a) In the event the Tour Participant either cancels the booking or fails to adhere to the tour payment schedule set out in the documentation checklist handed over to the Tour Participant after booking
b) In the event his/her visa of any country/countries is not granted or
c) In the event Tour Participant is unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason whatsoever, including medical grounds. Forfeiture of the booking amount will also be governed by the rules of the Company.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As we book services in advance and are bound to honor the payment commitments to service providers, cancellation of services earmarked for a particular departure results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier.
1. The Tour participants can cancel their tour program within 3 days after paying the booking amount.
2. The entire booking amount will be refunded if the tour participant cancels his or her tour within 3 days after paying the booking amount.
3. If the Tour participant cancels his / her tour 3 days after paying the booking amount but has not paid the full tour package amount, will attract cancellation charges and GST as specified by the Company. In addition to this, there will be other additional cancellation charges and GST applicable in the booking amount this is due to the third party tour/services booked through the Company, the Terms, and Conditions of such other Tour Operator, including their payment schedule, and cancellation charges.
4. After paying the full tour package amount if the Tour participant canceled his / her tour or is compelled by his or her family to cancel the tour due to reasons such as illness, death of a family member, accident of the family member, accident of the tour participant, damage, or loss of passport and for any other reasons for not joining the tour, the full and the partial Tour package amount including booking amount will not be refunded.

Tour participant should intimate in writing citing the reason for cancellation. In case of Cancellation, the mode of Communication shall be from the same Email ID which was used to confirm the booking. No request from other than registered email ID shall be entertained. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the email is sent within the office’s working hours.
